What is the difference between fresh USD and lollars?

Fresh USD are physical dollars or new dollar deposits that can be withdrawn in cash. Lollars are old bank deposits trapped by capital controls, worth 10-15 cents on the dollar. Never price based on lollar value.

Which rate should I use: Sayrafa or black market?

Use the rate at which you can actually buy dollars to restock. For most merchants, that is the black market rate. Sayrafa is only relevant if you have access to the BDL platform.

Is OMT a good way to receive payments?

OMT is reliable and widely used. The commission is 1-3% but settlement is same-day. Good for domestic transactions. Compare against Whish and cash for each sale.
